IRB Castro runs the VAC-220 line, the bus linking Castro Urdiales with Bilbao and Cruces (Barakaldo).
It is the direct connection between eastern Cantabria and Greater Bilbao: departures leave from Termibus, stop at Cruces — next to the hospital — and reach Castro Urdiales, spread across the day for work, study and medical trips. Tickets are sold at station counters or on board.
